I have provided counseling and therapy services to families, couples, children, adolescents, and adults for almost twenty years. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR.  I attend trainings regularly and try to keep myself informed about different types of therapy, and what may work best for different people.
